The Club House at the French Woods Golf Course is available for you to reserve for all events. There is a full bar, restaurant and outdoor wrap around deck. In the clubhouse dining area we can seat up to 60 people. It is located right in the Catskill Mountains at French Woods, NY. Between the mountains, trees, and sunsets in French Woods your guests will have beautiful country views and chances for photo opts.

The Pavilion is also available at the golf course if an outdoor location is more your style. This location can seat around 100 people under the covered roof; more guests will fit if you have lawn seating. Naturally, we can provide additional capacity to accommodate any sized event by adding large event tent(s) with seating. This setting has more of a laid back feel, which makes a BBQ the perfect theme for this spot. At The Pavilion we have an option of a campfire and s’mores station for you and your guest to enjoy a country night.

The Maple Room, and Hancock House Hotel facilities are located just 8 miles away in Hancock, seating up to 130 in the banquet room, complimenting the French Woods facility. We can set up a beautiful buffet, or have a plated meal served. This is a great location for a rehearsal dinner, or breakfast because your guests will be able to reserve accommodations right in the hotel, or at one of our 9 cabins on the golf course. Each cabin can sleep 6 people, and we have 4 more off site.

Honest Eddie’s Tap Room is also located right in the Hancock House Hotel, so we have a full bar available for you if you wish. Kim can set up a tour for you and/or a food tasting upon your request.
